1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for all full-price merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date.
To be eligible, your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.


2. How to Request a Return

Before shipping your return, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm your return and obtain the authorized warehouse address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Return Shipping Instructions

To ensure your return package is properly received, please use the specified carrier and ship to the corresponding authorized address based on your region.

  • Customers within Romania:
    Please use a local Romanian courier service to ship the return to our Romania warehouse.

  • International Customers (Outside Romania):

4. After Your Return is Delivered

  1. Inspection & Processing: We will inspect and process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving the package.

  2. Email Notification: Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been initiated.

  3. Refund Posting: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.


5. Refund & Exchange Details

The final refund amount or exchange arrangement will be determined based on the condition of the returned item(s):

  • Returns for Non-Quality Issues:
    If the original product seal has been broken or the item shows signs of use, a refund of 80% of the item's value will be issued. A full refund may be issued if the product and all original packaging (including dust bags, tags, accessories, etc.) are intact and unopened.

  • Returns for Quality-Related Issues:
    For items with verified manufacturing defects or damage, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Please provide relevant photos or videos when contacting customer service to help us verify the issue promptly.


6. Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in unworn, unused condition with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

  • You must obtain an RMA number before shipping your return. Please mark this number clearly on the outer box to avoid processing delays.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed quality issue).

  • Policy for sale items, clearance items, or custom products may differ. Please refer to the specific terms on the product page.
