Shipping policy

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $40 enjoy free shipping to the US, EU, and UK.

  • Shipping Carriers:

    • US: Amazon FBA, UPS (Express Service), or FedEx.

    • Canada, EU & UK: FedEx

  • Service: We are a professional online retailer/wholesaler offering door-to-door express delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Order Updates: After placing your order, please check your email for the order confirmation. We will send another email with dispatch notification and local tracking information.

Shipping Time

Delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Time:

    • US: 3-5 business days (shipped from US warehouse).

    • Canada, EU & UK: 5-7 business days (shipped from China warehouse).

  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 pm (GMT+08:00 Hong Kong Standard Time).

Important Delivery Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery information is correct. Incorrect or missing details may cause delays as we may need to contact you for updates.

  • Customs Clearance: Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to process your package.

  • Local Delivery: Your package may be delivered by your local post office or courier. If you are not home, a notice card may be left with instructions for collection.

  • Address/Collection Issues: We will not reship parcels that are returned due to wrong/incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability. If a package is returned after a long absence, refusal, or due to an unknown address, we can resend it upon your request, but a flat reshipping fee of $20 will apply.

  • Policy on Refusals/Non-collection: Customers who are away for extended periods or refuse to pick up their orders will not be eligible for future purchases and will be blacklisted. Any future orders would require advance payment before shipment.
